Read MoreTLDR: Remote sales is one of the quickest ways to go fully remote and make great money in 2026, and we are able to offer you a way around the insanely competitive public job boards. We can work with you whether or not you have prior sales experience, and you get a game plan built around your exact situation. Remote Sales Connection gives you access to a private board of 500+ remote sales jobs a month, all sourced by our recruiter and never posted on LinkedIn or Indeed. You also get coaching from him and his team, and he’s placed over 5,000 people in the last 5 years. We work with you until you land a role. Apply here.
When you hear “sales,” you may picture cold calls and “The Wolf of Wall Street,” but remote sales is nothing like that. You’re talking with people who already reached out because they want what the company sells. They book a call, you help them work through the decision, and you get to do it from a laptop anywhere in the world.
Every time you apply on LinkedIn or Indeed, you’re one of 300+ applications competing for every single hire, and remote roles get squeezed hardest: they’re only about 9% of postings but pull in 37% of all applications. Your resume gets buried and nobody reads it.
The best remote sales jobs never make it to those boards anyway. Companies that are doing millions in revenue in this space fill their sales roles through their networks, before anything gets posted publicly, so you never even see them.
There are two main roles. Appointment setters take the first conversation, and it’s a great starting role if you have little experience. You talk to people who already filled out a form or booked a call, and figure out if there’s a fit. Closers take it from there and handle the actual enrollment. Most people start as a setter and move up to closing once they’ve got reps in.
Either way, most of the leads are inbound, so you’re not dialing strangers or chasing cold leads. The company gives you the leads and usually trains you on their offer, so a lot of it is learnable on the job with dedication and coachability.
When you join, here’s what you get:
That last one is a service commitment. As long as you’re doing the work, we keep going until you’re placed. We can’t promise you a specific job by a specific date, but we don’t quit on you.
Once you’re in, you go through the board, apply to the roles that fit, and your coach helps you with your applications, your video intros, and your follow-up so you’re not guessing.
The roles cover just about every industry you can think of. Some popular high-level categories are:
There’s genuinely something for just about everyone. To give you a sense of how niche it gets, here are a few of the offers on the board right now:
Whatever you’re into, odds are there’s a company on here selling something you’d actually enjoy talking about.
On pay, setter roles on the board are advertised around 4 to 6k a month OTE on average, and closer roles around 10 to 12k a month OTE. Those are the numbers the roles advertise, not a promise of what you’ll make, and results vary from person to person.
This program is an amazing way to go remote for the right person, but it’s not for everyone.
If you’ve got any kind of sales background, you’re going to have a ton of options inside the program. You’ve got the skill, you just haven’t had access to the right companies yet, and that’s the part we help you with from day one. For you this is probably the quickest path into remote work there is.
And if you’ve never technically worked in sales, don’t count yourself out. Our recruiter has placed well over 1,000 people into roles with no prior sales experience. I can’t tell you how many times someone has told me they have no sales experience, and then proceeded to tell me they spent years bartending, or ran a team where they had to get people to actually show up and perform, or they’re a parent (which might be the hardest sales job of them all!). Most people have been selling and persuading their whole lives without ever calling it that. Some of our clients who’ve done the best here started with zero formal experience. It really just takes being good with people, open to coaching, and willing to put in the work. If that sounds like you, we’ll be right there with you the whole way until it clicks.
If you’re after something passive, you’d rather not talk to people, you’re hoping to be rich by next week, or you tend to give up easily, this probably isn’t your thing. But if you’re willing to work for it, it pays well and you get to do it from anywhere in the world.
If that sounds like you, you can apply here and we’ll figure out together whether it’s a good fit.
Before working in remote sales, I wanted to work remotely for as long as I could remember. Before I knew it, my 20s were over and I was still working in person. I had an in-person job that had me driving 30 to 40 thousand miles a year, and it was burning me out. Remote sales is what got me out, and it genuinely changed my life. The past few years I’ve worked from Europe, South America, Mexico, and cities around the US. I made good money, but more than that I got real time back with the people I love, and I met my girlfriend of three years while I was in Spain.
It wasn’t easy and I worked my butt off to make it happen, but it’s absolutely doable if you want it. I started RSC because I want you to have this too, whether you want to travel abroad or just have the freedom to spend more time with your family.
The people we work with come from all kinds of backgrounds, probably a lot like yours.
Justin was fresh out of college and landed an appointment setter role in 2 weeks. Seth already had sales experience and found a closing role fast. Matt had been applying to hundreds of engineering jobs on his own for months and getting nowhere, then landed a sales role within a month with no sales background. Eric switched careers in his 60s and is making more in his first sales role than he did before.
We’ve got hundreds more like these, regular people who just wanted a different life and went and got it. None of them had it handed to them, they put in the work and used the listings and the coaching. But they had the exact same access you’d have if you joined RSC.
This isn’t a course. Our recruiter has been placing people just like you into these roles for years.
This is a premium program, built for people who are serious about making the jump. The moment you’re in, you get instant access to the private board, a team that’s helped thousands of people land these exact roles, and every resource and proven method they’ve built over the years.
The people who do the best here are the ones who decide they’re going to do whatever it takes to go remote and land a role that actually feels aligned for them.
These roles fill fast, so the sooner you’re in, the more you’ll have to choose from.
If you’re tired of applying into the void and you want a real shot at working from anywhere, fill out the quick application below, even if you’re not quite sure this is for you yet. We’ll help you figure out if it’s a good path for you from there.
